PARTICIPATION & PROCESSING FEE

A fee of ?1000/- shall be levied separately for participation and processing of the E-Auction form. It must be submitted along with the EMD by Demand Draft in favour of Bid2win Private Limited, payable at Delhi. No application will be accepted without the Participation Fee.

PARTICIPATION FLOW

• 1. SUBMIT — EMD + Form + Participation Fee

• 2. QUALIFY — Username enabled after stipulated EMD submission

• 3. BID — Participate online during auction window

• 4. CONFIRM — H1 bidder deposits 10% of highest bid value, excluding EMD, by next working day

• 5. PAY — 100% advance excluding EMD within 07 working days of approval.

• 6. LIFT — Complete lifting within 10 working days from approval letter

EMD TREATMENT

• Unsuccessful bidder: EMD refunded immediately, but not later than 2 working days from completion of E-Auction, subject to applicable terms.

• Second highest bidder: EMD may be retained for 10 working days and the bidder may be asked to honor the deal at the second-highest bid.

• Successful bidder: EMD shall be transferred to the Seller’s account in due course after necessary adjustments.

• EMD does not carry interest.

• Default in payment, failure of complete lifting or violation of sale / approval terms may result in EMD forfeiture.

COMMERCIAL & SPECIAL CONDITIONS

PAYMENT & LIFTING MILESTONES

• After Auction — H1 bidder to submit 10% of highest bid value, exclusive of EMD, by the end of the next working day.

• After Approval — Purchaser shall deposit 100% in advance, excluding EMD within 07 working days of approval.

• Lifting — Complete lifting within 10 working days from approval letter.

• Delay — Ground rent of ?1,000 per day on salvage quantity uplifted and remaining at site.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

4.1 All charges incidental to cutting (if required), loading and lifting shall be borne by the Purchaser. Prospective bidders are expected to inspect the salvage.

4.2 No guarantee for quantity or quality of offered goods is provided by Bid2win or the owners.

4.3 Lifting shall be made as per Seller instructions, including instructions such as lifting more damaged material first.

4.4 The Purchaser shall not pick, choose or segregate any particular item and shall clear the entire Lot basis quantity as directed by the Seller on clean-sweep basis.

4.5 Queries / clarifications must be addressed before the auction; none will be entertained after the auction.

4.6 Sale of offered goods is on Lot basis.

4.7 Highest Bidder shall submit 10% of highest bid value, exclusive of EMD, with Bid2win by the end of the next working day; otherwise EMD is subject to forfeiture.

4.8 On approval, Purchaser shall deposit 100% in advance, excluding EMD within 07 working days of approval.

4.9 Purchaser shall complete lifting within 10 working days of approval. Delay attracts ground rent of ?1,000 per day.

4.10 If the Purchaser fails to comply, the Purchaser shall pay ground rent and/or the Seller may dispose of remaining Lot at its discretion at the Purchaser’s cost and responsibility.

4.11 EMD will not attract interest.

4.12 Seller / Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning any reason.

4.13 Rule of ‘Caveat Emptor’ shall apply.

4.14 E-Auction automatically extends by 3 minutes if a bid is entered in the last 1 minute; extension continues until no bid is entered in the last minute.

COMMERCIAL TERMS & LIABILITY

COMMERCIAL TERMS

• Bid Basis — Per Kg Basis; exclusive of applicable duties, taxes and statutory levies.

• IGST — 18%

• OR SGST + CGST — 09% + 09%.

• Other Levies — As applicable.

• Conditional Offers — Not entertained; offers without EMD will not be entertained.

• Latest Updates — Participants should visit www.bid2win.in for latest changes in terms, auction timings, items, extensions and related conditions.

LIABILITY OF BID2WIN PRIVATE LIMITED

6.1 The E-Auction Participation Form constitutes an agreement between the Seller and Purchaser. Bid2win acts solely as facilitator.

6.2 Bid2win acts on behalf of the Seller, KRN HVAC Products Private Limited, and is appointed by the Insurance Surveyors / Insurer.

6.3 Bid2win takes no responsibility for quality, quantity or documentation details and shall not be liable for business, revenue, profit, cost, direct, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damages.

6.4 Purchaser confirms that all related matters have been discussed and understood, including quality, quantity, warranty, guarantees, delivery schedules, payments, rejections, transportation and legal requirements.

6.5 EMD is accepted on behalf of Seller and held as security to be adjusted against Purchaser payments. Bid2win shall not be responsible for indemnification; disputes between Seller and Purchaser shall be dealt with between those parties.

6.6 Bid2win, as facilitator for salvage disposal, bears no responsibility regarding specific trade requirements.

6.7 Purchaser is solely responsible for any harm / loss of life or property caused by inappropriate consumption or use of the salvage.

6.8 ‘Caveat Emptor’ applies. Purchaser must inquire into and familiarize itself with limitations, rules, licenses and regulations concerning end use / consumption / resale.

6.9 During online auction, Bid2win is not responsible for power, internet, bandwidth failures or erroneous bids at bidder end.
